A brief description and photo/video evidence of the malfunction must be submitted to our customer support team via Instagram, Facebook or email.

We do not offer product exchanges for any reason other than confirmed manufacturing defects.
Kindly double-check your order before confirming your purchase.

A replacement of the same item originally purchased,
Only if our team confirms the issue is a genuine manufacturing defect after inspection.
We do not issue replacements or refunds for:
Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or wear and tear.
Product dissatisfaction based on personal preference or change of mind.
Items returned after the 2-day window.

If your product meets the above criteria, please follow these steps:

- Provide clear photos/videos of the item and a short explanation of the issue.
- Wait for evaluation and approval (typically 24β48 hours).
- Once approved, you will be guided on how to return the item.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the product, a replacement will be issued.
